End of Life
& Grief Support

Comfort and grace
in a time of transition.

There’s nothing harder than facing mortality… our own as well as that of others.

We believe that we’re all divine spirits incarnated here to do our work.
We also recognize the fragile and precious nature of this physical existence.

We’re all connected and have a deep capacity to love. That’s why we feel such a deep sense of loss when someone we love makes their transition.

And the idea of our own death? Regardless of how near or far it may be...just thinking about it can evoke a wide range of emotions. Yet it is facing these moments with grace where we can grow most.

Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one or need support facing your mortality, we’re here for you.

Grief & Bereavement Support

The feeling of sadness and grief after losing a loved one is a natural reflection of our deep care and love for them.

Grieving is a process that we must allow time for. It can transform our lives in unexpected ways as we contemplate the impermanent nature of our physical existence. It’s not unusual to experience feelings like guilt, anger, and frustration during this time.

Without someone supporting you, dealing with these feelings can be even harder. No matter how hard it is right now, you’re not alone.

For anyone working through loss, we offer Grief Walking sessions. We will work with you through deep listening, ritual practices, and practical tools to help support you during this time. We may also incorporate healing touch such as Reiki or intuitive messages. There is no timeline with grief, we are holding space for you with continual support.

Death Cafes

While it’s something we will all encounter, death has become a taboo topic in our culture.

We believe that the more openly we talk about death, the less afraid and more prepared we’ll be for it.

Facing our mortality gives us the courage to live our lives more fully.

Death cafes are a safe space to discuss death and dying so we can be more present for each moment of life.
